OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made products

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for exchanges or defective items)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) and include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • A copy of your RMA email

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

EXCHANGES

Prefer a different size or style? We offer hassle-free exchanges:

  2. Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
