Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Fashigen piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Accessories (all items in our Accessories category)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- A prepaid return label (for exchanges or defective items)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) and include:
- The original packing slip or invoice
- A copy of your RMA email

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your item(s) within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has shipped
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We offer hassle-free exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
